How to Apply

  • Access The Valley Home Store’s Online Application Portal to begin a new application or update an existing one.

    • First-time applicants: Complete a brief prescreening in the portal before accessing the full application. Enter the primary applicant and household details, then verify your email. After approval, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to begin the application. Log in, complete SMS verification, and set up security questions. Once signed in, you can start the full application, with optional tips to help you navigate the system.

    • Returning applicants: Review and update your information and documents to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.

  • Once your application is set up, upload documents to verify eligibility, including identification, employment, residency, and income.

    • Identification: Valid government‑issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
