Real Estate Agents & Industry Partners

Your Trusted Partner in Deed-Restricted Real Estate

Operated by the Eagle County Housing and Development Authority, The Valley Home Store (TVHS) serves as the region’s centralized hub for deed-restricted home transactions. Working through formal partnerships with local towns and housing authorities across Eagle County, our licensed brokers provide neutral, transaction-only support designed to help buyers and sellers navigate guidelines, stay in compliance, and move smoothly to closing.

We value our partnership with local real estate professionals. Whether you are guiding a first-time buyer through the local community housing process or helping a client explore deed-restricted opportunities, we are here to provide clear guidelines, program transparency, and collaborative support.

REALTOR® Referral Program

To support local broker participation in deed-restricted homeownership, The Valley Home Store offers a $500 referral fee to licensed real estate agents representing eligible buyers who successfully close on qualifying properties.

How to Qualify:

  • Eagle Ranch deed-restricted homes

(Please note: Properties in Miller Ranch, the Town of Vail, and the Town of Avon are currently excluded from the referral program.)

Buyer & Seller Representation Policy

The Valley Home Store operates strictly as a neutral transaction coordinator and program administrator. We do not provide exclusive representation to buyers or sellers, nor do we list open-market properties.

To maintain strict neutrality and fairness across the local market, TVHS does not endorse or recommend specific agents or brokerages. When unrepresented buyers or sellers contact our team requesting agent recommendations, we direct them to the Vail Board of REALTORS® to connect with qualified local professionals.
