Town of Basalt

The Town of Basalt, located in Eagle and Pitkin counties, and the Basalt Affordable Community Housing (BACH) group are working together to provide affordable housing for the community.

Deed Restricted Housing
Currently, the Town has 231 deed-restricted rental units and 42 deed-restricted for-sale units available. Additionally, there are plans to incorporate an additional 66 deed-restricted units in the future, further contributing to the local housing options.
