  • Submit all required supporting documents with your Town of Avon Deed Restricted Housing Application to verify your residency, employment, income, and eligibility. Refer to the application instructions for a complete list of required documents and detailed submission guidelines.

    It is important to note that each deed restriction is unique, with specific requirements and guidelines that must be followed.
